Cindy Ruguleiski, LCSW is our DD Clinical Oversight and provides direction to staff at weekly staffings and observations as well as crisis management for our DD clients, families and staff. Cindy sees children with many types of issues, but is especially skilled at meeting the therapeutic needs of children on the Autism Spectrum and works to educate parents, teachers, and other stakeholders in the special needs of these children. This includes parenting skills education and identifying sensory integration problems or other underlying factors creating behavioral issues and suggesting modifications to the environment for which the child must learn to adapt.
