Ellen Wassif, LCSW
Ellen Wassif, LCSW, graduated with her Master's in Social work in 2005 from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. Over the last 12 years, she has worked with a wide variety of children, adolescents and adults in outpatient, hospital and residential settings. Ellen has training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, supervision, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and recently earned an Educational Designation in the area of Eating Disorders. She uses the therapeutic relationship to make progress focused on the client's needs and wishes, and has a special interest in areas of attachment, significant life transitions, and family systems. Ellen moved with her husband and two young daughters to Sandpoint two years ago, and couldn't be happier living between the water and the mountains.
